Asked for an exchange of size but did not get

This is simply a fraud.. because m definitely given a bigger size than i ordered and now there is no way i can contact the seller.. i did drop an email but theres no response

We've reviewed your order and confirmed that you selected size 2.4, as reflected on your order summary page. As this is a custom-made product tailored to your specified size, we cannot offer replacements.

Our records indicate that you've now requested a size 2.2. Unfortunately, this isn't possible under our returns policy, as the original size chosen was 2.4.
